New products from Iduron for 2015 – Heparin and Heparan Sulphate Oligomers of Defined Sequence.

Using novel manufacturing techniques Iduron can now market oligosaccharides of distinct chain lengths and defined sulphation patterns. We sell a range of products with each oligosaccharide structure having been confirmed by NMR and mass spec. analysis.

We hope this unique resource will prove to be a crucial tool for research into the binding specificities and activation mechanisms of the many proteins (e.g. growth factors, membrane receptors, microbial surface proteins, coagulation enzymes) that interact with HS/heparin in normal and pathological states.

These Heparin and Heparan Sulphate Oligomers (HepMers) are a unique R&D resource for investigation of the binding specificities and activation mechanisms of the many proteins (eg growth factors, membrane receptors, microbial surface proteins, coagulation enzymes) that interact with HS/heparin in normal and pathological states.

 

Features:
